Instructions for Use and Dosage:
Add 100-150 ml of hot water or milk to 1 serving (30g), stir for 1-2 minutes, and it’s ready to consume. Or, Add 100-150 ml of cold water to 1 serving (30g), and microwave for 2-3 minutes. It’s ready to eat.
For variety, you can add fruits like banana, apple, nuts, honey, chocolate chips, or any desired product based on your fitness goals and taste preferences.
