Directions for Use and Dosage
Mix ½ to 1 scoop with 250 ml of cold water, shake for 5-10 seconds, and consume 10–30 minutes before training. First-time users should start with ¼ to ½ scoop mixed with 250 ml of water to assess tolerance. Do not consume within 4 hours before bedtime.
