Vitamin Power is the first Georgian manufacturer of dietary supplements.
Creatine is a metabolite naturally produced by the body to supply muscles with energy. Increasing creatine levels helps reduce fatigue, improves metabolism in muscle cells, and enhances physical performance. It is one of the most well-researched dietary supplements.
Creatine quickly increases your muscles’ ability to resynthesize adenosine triphosphate (ATP) – the body’s primary energy source. Once consumed, creatine monohydrate is converted in the muscles into phosphocreatine, which serves as a key resource for ATP regeneration. With elevated ATP levels, you can train harder and recover faster after workouts.
Another key benefit of creatine is its role in cell volumization – it draws water into muscle cells, effectively increasing their size. Why is muscle cell volume important? According to research, cellular hydration and increased volume help prevent protein breakdown and stimulate protein synthesis. By saturating your muscles with creatine, you increase intracellular fluid, resulting in larger muscles and increased body weight.
All Vitamin Power products undergo laboratory testing in the USA.
