FA CORE MASS is formulated from a carefully balanced combination of proteins and carbohydrates.
CORE MASS is an advanced mass-gainer formula designed to help your body effectively gain additional body weight and develop desired physical performance. Its effectiveness lies in a well-selected carbohydrate complex. Thanks to the combination of simple and complex carbohydrates, it supports energy supply and promotes the growth and development of muscle mass.
Intensive and/or prolonged physical training leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. Carbohydrates help restore normal muscle function (contraction) and support recovery after exercise.

Directions for use and dosage:
Use 4 servings per day. 1 serving 45–75 minutes before training. 1 serving immediately after training and 2 servings between meals. 1 serving = 50 g.
On non-training days, use 2 servings between meals. This formula is highly concentrated, and due to its effectiveness, you may consider using 1 serving 2–4 times per day.

Georgian post
On the second working day after placing the order, the order is transferred to the Georgian Post, the average transportation time of which is 2-3 working days. To pick up the message, you must go to the relevant Georgian post office.
