How to Use:
Attach one cuff to each wrist, ensuring that the finger loop and Velcro® strap are securely fastened. Use during exercises such as walking, running, yoga, or strength training. After use, wipe with a damp cloth and store in a dry place.
Warning:
Do not use the cuffs if there are visible damages (e.g., torn seams or damaged neoprene). Avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the Velcro or material.
