Sveltus Latex Band 1.20m Light is an elastic exercise band designed to provide light resistance, making it ideal both for beginners and for those who want to refine their movement technique or activate muscles during rehabilitation. Compared to traditional strength equipment, this band is much more flexible, portable, and perfect for use at home, in the gym, or while traveling.

Instructions for use:
