ProActive - Omega 3 is a fish oil supplement in capsule form, also enriched with vitamin E.
Omega-3 fatty acids are found in fish oil as well as in various foods and vegetable oils. Unlike vegetable oils, omega-3 fats belong to the class of active fatty acids, which include eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
