ProActive Chrome is a food supplement consisting of small tablets of chromium picolinate.
Chromium is a mineral found in many foods. We can eat meat, fish, broccoli, grains, potatoes, carrots and many other unprocessed foods.
Chromium picolinate combines chromium with three molecules of picolinic acid. This form of chromium is more easily absorbed by the body, which is why chromium supplements are usually sold as this form of chromium.

Take 1 tablet once a day with a meal. The food supplement does not replace a balanced and varied diet, a healthy lifestyle is recommended.
