Dorian Yates Nutrition - CLA 1000mg - Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a modified form of the omega-6 fatty acid, linoleic acid. The term CLA refers to a mixture of fatty acids that have the general structure of linoleic acid. CLA occurs naturally in the diet, as does linoleic acid, but the two should not be considered the same, linoleic acid is essential for normal human growth and development and must be obtained through our diet.
